Our experience with Royal Hawaiian Taxi was Top Notch. We have had the opportunity to travel to many places and have had the opportunity to utilize many transportation companies in our travels… None of those experiences can compare in Quality of Service to Royal Hawaiian Taxi.
Mr. Shaker’s professionalism is second to none. His knowledge of the Islands and of all of the areas we toured was above and beyond what is expected of taxi, transportation & tour companies when travelling to a new/different city. In addition, to his knowledge of the area, his outgoing personality made every experience with his company truly a pleasure.
The vehicles utilized for our transportation (Cadillac Escalade), were impeccably maintained & always clean. His company was always on time, and attentive to our needs. We will definitely utilize Royal Hawaiian Taxi on our next trip to Oahu, and would highly recommend his company to anyone.

It has only been on rare occasions that I have had anything good to say about a taxi service. Our time with Mr Shaker was a wonderful exception to my past experiences! He and his associate was well groomed, clean, very knowledgeable of the Island of Oahu. Much the same could be said about the vehicles he used to transport my wife around the Island. Mr Shaker was especially cognizant of our safety as we insisted on tours both on and off the typical VIP routes. This is where he most shined. Most drivers will only take you where they want to go. Mr S was open to all our ideas and Island adventures and safely transported us in comfortable style. Most of our time was spent in his new Ford Escalade that he kept exceptionally clean.
I highly recommend Mr Shaker's services not only as a brief taxi but as a expert tour guide at a less than typical taxi price.

Excellent customer service! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I've used their service multiple times because I know they are dependable. You know a company is serious about customer service when the owner will pick-up clients! They have an easy to use Web site or you can just call them. The prices are very competitive and the service is consistently good!!!

This was our first trip to the Hawaiian Islands and transportation is always necessary while traveling. I checked into many taxi services, rental cars, etc., to find that not only does Royal Hawaiian Taxi offer great services, but also reasonable pricing.
I have never experienced such excellent service. We had many pre-arranged times and dates over a two week period that were always verified prior to confirm and prompt and accurate pick ups. Morad was our only driver and was always friendly, caring and helpful. He truly does offer a service that I am sure can not be compared to anyone.
My family and I highly recommend hiring Royal Hawaiian Taxi for all your transportation needs while staying on the island as you will truly not be disappointed.
Thank you Morad for making our stay on Oahu that much more enjoyable. I will call you on my next visit!

It is necessary to mention this client had VIP service. Our VIP Department lead by the owner of company ( Morad ). Our VIP service is favorite for many of VIP’s nationally and internationally among them biggest movie stars and singers. Recently, we discounted our VIP service over 50% and it is possible for every family to use our VIP service.

I spent a week in Waikiki with my wife,parents, sister and brother in law. Even though this was not the first time we have been in Waikiki, we took advantage of RHT's airport service and two island tours. I have to say that the service we received was reliable, friendly, prompt and really outstanding. Thanks for the fond memories.

I highly recommend Morad and his group. If it wasn't for Tony, the driver, 5 very befuddled travelers would probably still be wandering at the Honolulu airport, looking for each other and their luggage. Additionally, Morad's VIP tour that he conducted for us was not just outstanding in what we got to visit and see, but one of the most entertaining tours as well. His sense of humor and story telling abilities certainly made that tour one of the most enjoyable we have been on. The response time to all of our questions was very prompt. Their(mainly John's) willingness to help coordinate our somewhat confusing travel plans took all the stress from our arrival and departure. Thank you for helping to make our time there as enjoyable as it was!!!!!

What a wonderful experience this was for us. This was our first time in Hawaii and we could not have picked a better service than this one. the driver was the best and very pleasant and patient as he had to wait (9:00 at night) due to lost luggage we had. It was no problem at all for him. They delivered on what they promise. We were so pleased we asked for the same driver on the return trip and it was as great as the first if not better. You cannot go wrong unless you do not use their service.
