Aloha and mahalo to royal hawaiian taxi and there great service. Special thanks to the their driver and customer service staff, they were very professional and full of the aloha spirit. I've lived here all my life. I've had the opportunity to ride in different taxi's and limo's services. A lot of them were poor in service and over priced. These people knew the true meaning of aloha and I'm glad, because a lot of people come here to experience this. I just wanted to let you folks know to keep up your kokua! My fiance and I will definitely be using your services again. Plenty Mahalos to your Ohana RHT. Malama pono and a hui ho!

First off, I must say that the prices are very inexpensive for the OUTSTANDING quality of service you get. I frequently use RTH’s services, and they are always on time, and the driver’s are always friendly. Not to mention, the cars are very clean and comfortable (the Escalade is my favorite). You cannot go wrong with Royal Hawaiian Taxi, as I always recommend my friends and family to use their services. Royal Hawaiian Taxi…you guys are the best transportation company hands down!!! Honolulu Airport Shuttle - Recommended - Jan 4, 2010
We have used Honolulu Airport Shuttle for rides to the airport on several occasions and have another ride booked in the near future. On each occasion, John answered our calls and assisted us with the bookings. He always provides excellent customer service.
For each ride, we have had different drivers. They were consistently on-time, courteous, and friendly. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and large enough to accommodate our party of four to six people. All drivers allowed our personal car seats for the children.
Prices charged are reasonable compared to the mainland airport shuttle service that we use.
We are a mix of mainland U.S. and local residents and can all recommend the Honolulu Airport Shuttle, their drivers and customer service.

Johnson from Auckland, New Zealand and I have recently been to Honolulu, Hawaii, on vacation .Upon my arrival at Honolulu airport, I realized that I had lost my handbag in which I had some cash, and my credit cards ,and Bank cards. Accordingly, I encountered serious difficulties to make my hotel reservation, or even get a ride from the airport, as all the hotels and Taxies would request me to show my credit card physically
Believe me or not, all the hotels, refused to give me a room, and even Taxies would refuse to take me around to find a residence in Hawaii .I had no choice but to make a collect call to my family in New Zealand to send me somehow some money . At the same time, I approached some taxi operators to ask for assistance to give me a ride by using my credit card details, but all of them turned me down, and even ridiculed me, as the level of trust among them was really down .I was so frustrated, and somebody was kind enough to offer his laptop to me to search for Taxis on line. I called more than ten Taxi companies, but they would either accept only cash or they wanted to see my credit card physically. All my attempts were futile, and the outcomes of these calls were almost the same. Then in my absolute despair, I came across an ad about the Taxies at the Royal Hawaiian Limousine .The first thing that attracted my attention was a Review complain, followed by the companies reply to them .The customer’s feedback was not positive at all, however, I was not in a good situation to ignore the ad, and I thought to myself that it was at least worth calling them once. When I called them a very polite female operator answered the phone, and when I explained to her about my problems, she was kind enough to put me through her supervisor. A minute later, the supervisor talked to me on the phone line, and asked me a lot of boring questions. I asked him in frustration whether or not he was willing to assist me, and to my astonishment, he answered in positive.
Twenty minutes later, a VIP black vehicle picked me up in front of the airport’s baggage claim area, and transferred me to their Taxi Company’s office in the heart of Honolulu. There, they arranged for me a comfortable residential place for two nights at an incredibly very cheap bargain price, and for their VIP ride airport transfer, they didn’t charge me more than $20 indeed. They even gave me some cash back, and charged it to my credit card, all based on trust relationship that they had built in me. They provided for me a 1-800 free number, and asked me to call them any time and from anywhere, in case I needed further assistance or advice during my stay in Hawaii. Upon my departure to New Zealand, the owner of the company sent me two Hawaiian-style beautiful T-shirts as gifts and arranged for me another VIP transfer to airport by a black Cadillac Escalade at no further charge.
Here, I would like to appreciate, all the staff of the Royal Hawaiian Limousine, especially Thomas, the sales manager who was very kind to me, Mr. Shaker, the owner of the Royal Hawaiian Taxi Company, and all the other staff that contributed to such great God-pleasing deeds, and made this beautiful trip possible for me. You guys are the number one Taxi company on this planet, and if not for your assistance, I couldn’t turn my messy vacation into a wonderful trip, and I could have returned to my country in the first place. MAHALO, MAHALO,MAHALO , My especial thanks also goes to Mr. Nyrish who had left his unfair complain online. For it was because of his eye-attracting negative comments that I managed to find this company. I wish all the personnel of the Royal Hawaiian Limousine Company all the best in business, and a long and prosperous life.

I'm a student living on the island, and I needed a way for my friend and I to make it to and from the airport for Christmas break. Due to the location of both of our dorms (which were in different places), buses were out of the question and taxis were wayyyy to expensive. My mom came across Royal Hawaiian Transportation and decided to use their company; it was a very good decision! They arranged a way to pick up my friend and I before taking us to the airport, something that would cost a fortune in a taxi. The shuttle driver was pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately, on our return trip the airlines rerouted us using a different airplane than we had scheduled with Royal Hawaiian Shuttle, without our knowledge of the change [I tend to be very aware of changes like this, but this time the airline didn't send us any notification of the change]. Anyway, our plane landed an hour late unbeknownst to my friend and me. The driver for us had spent an hour waiting for us and then left, in accordance with policy. I felt so bad!.. and worse, my friend and I were now stranded at the airport. However, Royal Hawaiian Transportation was very gracious to us in understanding the mix-up. Within 20 minutes we had a new driver free of charge. The driver was friendly, and despite the last minute arrangement, she was still able to drop off both of us without a problem.

This Service is GREAT! Our Driver Elaine was polite and pleasant. She was understanding of small kids and always made sure they were secure in their seats which made me feel so comfortable because the kids safety always came first. With such a reliable service we were at ease from the moment we arrived to the day of departure, especially with little ones to think about .John the manager also assisted me in organizing transport service for a wedding anniversary celebration consisting of a large group with little kids. This made the event more memorable for the entire party and couple. The only negative I had was during the transportation of our big group there was a little hesitation from one of the drivers for needing to add two of OUR own car seats in the car when it as already pre-arranged with the manager and the transport coordinator for the day. But besides that minor hiccup they took the hassle and worry away from our vacation and enabled us to really be in PARADISE. Looking forward on re-visiting Hawaii and using their service again.

Our experience with Royal Hawaiian Taxi was Top Notch. We have had the opportunity to travel to many places and have had the opportunity to utilize many transportation companies in our travels… None of those experiences can compare in Quality of Service to Royal Hawaiian Taxi.
Mr. Shaker’s professionalism is second to none. His knowledge of the Islands and of all of the areas we toured was above and beyond what is expected of taxi, transportation & tour companies when travelling to a new/different city. In addition, to his knowledge of the area, his outgoing personality made every experience with his company truly a pleasure.
The vehicles utilized for our transportation (Cadillac Escalade), were impeccably maintained & always clean. His company was always on time, and attentive to our needs. We will definitely utilize Royal Hawaiian Taxi on our next trip to Oahu, and would highly recommend his company to anyone.

It has only been on rare occasions that I have had anything good to say about a taxi service. Our time with Mr Shaker was a wonderful exception to my past experiences! He and his associate was well groomed, clean, very knowledgeable of the Island of Oahu. Much the same could be said about the vehicles he used to transport my wife around the Island. Mr Shaker was especially cognizant of our safety as we insisted on tours both on and off the typical VIP routes. This is where he most shined. Most drivers will only take you where they want to go. Mr S was open to all our ideas and Island adventures and safely transported us in comfortable style. Most of our time was spent in his new Ford Escalade that he kept exceptionally clean.
I highly recommend Mr Shaker's services not only as a brief taxi but as a expert tour guide at a less than typical taxi price.

Excellent customer service! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I've used their service multiple times because I know they are dependable. You know a company is serious about customer service when the owner will pick-up clients! They have an easy to use Web site or you can just call them. The prices are very competitive and the service is consistently good!!!

I can't say enough on how well we were treated and the good time we had and Merod and the guys made that all possible. They treated us better then kings and queens and they prompt and excellent care made our trip to Hawaii the best if could be. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good private tour and ontime pick up and delivery from the airport.
